Terms and Conditions:

1. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
2. Each item can only be exchanged once.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
5. This policy applies to partially used products in cases of dissatisfaction, where not more than 25% of the product has been used.
6. If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, we will give you a case basis refund of the purchase price paid or you can exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value.
7. Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
8. Colorbar will not accept the return of products without a relevant customer invoice and Product Return Form.
9. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
10. All Nail Lacquers, Fragrances, and Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 daysto the bank account mentioned in the return formfrom the date we receive returned goods. Please note COD charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
